Cancellation Policy:
Please be aware that due to our size and style of accommodation cancellations have a significant impact.
An administration fee of 15% of the total booking value applies to all cancelled bookings.
Cancellation of a reservation within 14 days prior to your date of arrival will incur the cost of one nights accommodation.
If a cancellation is not made and you do not arrive, 100% of your entire stay will be charged to your credit card.
But if your room is re-let, we will refund all your money less the 15% administration fee.
