Cancellation Policy: Please be aware that due to our size and style of accommodation cancellations have a significant impact.
If a cancellation is made less than 7 days prior to your arrival, your deposit will be forfeited.
If a cancellation is made within 48 hours of arrival, you will be charged with one night’s accommodation.
But if the room is re-let, we will refund your money less the 10% administration fee.
If a cancellation is not made and you do not arrive, 100% of your entire stay will be charged to your credit card.
Minimum nights stay may apply to some public holidays and special events.
For the months of September and October 2011 bookings will only be accepted for 2+ nights accommodation, no single room occupancy rate available.
Special Cancellation Policy For Above Dates: Please be aware that due to our size and style of accommodation cancellations have a significant impact. An administration fee of 10% applies to all cancelled bookings. Cancellation of a reservation within 30 days prior to your date of arrival will incur the cost of one night’s accommodation, within 7 days a two night charge. But if the room is re-let, we will refund all your money less the 10% administration fee.
